PM series offers higher vacuum pressure of -92kpa at lower flow rate as compared to PML series which offer higher flow rate but at a lower vacuum pressure of -75kpa. The supply air pressure is between 3 to 6 bar for both models. Because the premium pump has the same physical dimensions as the classic pumps, therefore, it can directly replace all existing classic vacuum pumps. VMECA Vacuum Auto Lock System

Normally, the suction cup is connected to the ball joint and level compensator to pick up workpiece whose surface is not horizontal but is inclined at a certain angle, or irregular or odd shaped objects where it is almost impossible to locate the centre of gravity. During transfering, the workpiece tends to wobble and shake, and tend to tilt towards the side which is heavier. VMECA's Valock system locks the ball joint and the level compensator once the vacuum cup holds the workpiece securely and safely. Upon reaching the set vacuum pressure, the vacuum switch will send a pneumatic signal to lock both ball joint and level compensator, thereby, preventing shaking or wobbling during part transfer, even though the workpiece is picked from any position outside its centre of gravity. VMECA MD Vacuum Pump

There are 2 models available, MD and MDL series. Either model need only between 3 to 6 bar supply air pressure to operate. Because the pump can be mounted very near to the point of use, it can reduce cycle time to a minimum and is, therfore, a fast response pump. VMECA Vacuum Speeder Module

Besides the vacuum speeder VCS, VMECA also come out with another similar model known as the Vacuum Speeder Module. There are 2 types available, VSM and VSMR. The only difference between this 2 types is that VSM model needs to have vacuum release valve but VSMR type does not need vacuum release valve, yet the workpiece can be released very fast, thanks to the built-in inflow device which allows the inflow of atmospheric air to break the vacuum. If you are using more than one suction cups for pick and place, VSMR model has the added advantage that in case one or more of the suction cups is/are not picking up the goods, the vacuum for the rest of the cups are not affected. VMECA Mega Turtle Pump

With the success of the VMECA turtle pump, KPS Korea launched the next generation of turtle vacuum pump known as the Mega Turtle Pump. The new pump has all the advantages and features associated with the turtle pump but with a difference-increase vacuum flow rate of about twice that of turtle pump. This means faster response time and is, therefore, suitable for use with large suction cups.

By nature of the shape of the pump which looks like a turtle, thus this is how it got it's name. As the name " turtle " implies, it means long lasting pump lifespan, and technically, it means reliability. The construction of this unique product is its compactness, with integral vacuum filter and silencer combined with the optional on/off control valve, energy saving unit, vacuum release valve and vacuum switch to create an optional vacuum solution for many applications. One unique feature of this pump is that the vacuum flow rate is adjustable with dummy cartridges. If large vacuum flow is not needed, one or more of the vacuum cartridges can be replaced with dummy cartridges, thus, air consumption is also proportional reduced. VMECA Turtle Pump
